El Houston Ballet es la cuarta compañía de ballet profesional más grande de E.U. Es operada por Houston Ballet Foundation. También mantiene la Academia de Ballet de Houston, que entrena a más de la mitad de los 59 bailarines de la compañía. El Houston Ballet produce 85 representaciones al año. En 2019, Karina González hizo historia como la primera bailarina principal latina del Houston Ballet.
