The ALH is a visual arts organization designed to improve lives in the Houston community by cultivating awareness, appreciation, and accessibility of visual art. The ALH maintains a gallery, art school, art supply store, and outreach programs. The Gallery offers free exhibits and shows. The School provides instruction to nearly 7,000 students annually and Outreach programs bring the visual arts to underserved communities.
