Pablo Lopez

Pablo López-Duque (he/him) is a talented problem-solver with expertise in translating

real-world problems into mathematical models and tackling them using theoretical

and data-driven methods. He earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from

Universidad San Francisco de Quito and later completed a master’s in physics at the

University of Houston, where he developed a computational model for infectious

diseases. Pablo is currently pursuing a PhD in Physics, focusing his research on

conformal systems, quantum field theory, and quantum information. He has a deep

interest in quantitative research and in applications of quantum principles to machine

learning, optimization, and noise mitigation algorithms. Outside the office, Pablo is

passionate about sports, exploring new cultures, art, and traveling with his wife and

friends.
