Frida Festival

Frida Festival Established 2005 by Artist Liz Ortiz Held annually, the Festival is a celebration of everything Frida, her art, life and passions. This multi-faceted event includes local musicians and performers, a market with a wide range of merchants and food vendors, a sculpture garden and a Frida look-alike contest that draws hundreds of participants. To celebrate its "Quinceñera," (15th Anniversary), the Festival took place in the Downtown’s Discovery Green.
