The early activities of this Latino cultural arts center included traveling theatre productions and 1977 at-risk youth theatre programs. In 1995, TBH acquired a 16,000 square foot building, and a Community Development Block Grant that allowed it to expand and include a rehearsal space, art gallery exhibit space, a video and film editing suite, dance studio, photography and darkroom suite, commercial kitchen, and administrative offices. Performances and exhibits catalyze dialogue on issues impacting Latinos.
