Latino Art Now Pylon

The Latino Art Pylon was designed to demarcate the participating venues in the 2019 Latino Art Now! Houston arts event. Latino Art Now! Houston and its Spring of Latino Art presented a four-month citywide event that brought together 70 arts and community organizations and scores of Latino artists to present more than 108 art exhibitions, installations, and performances. The event culminated in a national conference that brought artists, scholars, curators, and art collectors to Houston. The reach of this event was unprecedented, and it received ninety-five media articles that included Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, and Mexican outlets.
